Ingredients

  • 0.5 liter ½ tea (black tea)
  • 0.25 liter ¼ red wine
  • 2 orange (s), untreated
  • 0.25 kg ¼ sugar
  • 2 sticks cinnamon
  • 1 lemon (s), untreated
  • rum

Instructions

  1. We always drank this punch in the dormitory, it is made easy and tastes very tasty.
  2. Bring the black tea to the boil in a saucepan with water, if it is drawn through, then lift out the bags.
  3. Squeeze one of the oranges and the lemon and add the juice to the tea, and let it simmer all the time. Cut the second orange into thin slices and add to the saucepan. Likewise the cinnamon sticks.
  4. Then add the red wine and slowly stir in the sugar spoon by spoon (slowly so that you don`t over-sweeten it, so season again and again).
  5. Finally, a shot of rum, if you like it stronger, you can do more.
  6. Sieve the mixture and pour it into small glasses and drink it while still hot. (Be careful, don`t drive a car afterwards)
