Ingredients

0.7 liters rum, 40%
0.25 liter ¼ maple syrup
1 stick cinnamon
0.5 ½ vanilla pod (s)

Instructions

Pour the rum into a glass or stone bottle. Add the maple syrup and the cinnamon stick. Cut the vanilla pod lengthways and add it too.
Close tightly and store in a dark and cool (not too cool) place for 6 weeks. Swirl gently from time to time, do not shake under any circumstances.
