  • g 1,200 roast pork, Iberico pork loin
  • 2 medium onion (s), roughly chopped
  • 250 ml vegetable stock
  • salt and pepper
  • Rapeseed oil

Instructions

  1. Wash the meat, pat dry and season with salt. Heat the oil in a medium-sized roasting pan, fry the meat on all sides and remove. Now brown the onions deeply in it and deglaze with the vegetable stock. Pepper the meat all around, put it back in the roaster and simmer in the preheated oven open at 180 degrees for approx. 70 minutes.
  2. Remove the meat, add the overcooked vegetable stock if necessary and pass through a sieve. Mix the cornstarch with water, bind the sauce with it and season with salt and pepper.
