Ingredients
- 1 packet ice cream (peach ice cream)
- 40 g butter, soft
- 30 grams sugar
- 1 point vanilla sugar
- 2 egg (s)
- 100 g sour cream
- 225 grams flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- Oil, for frying
- 500 g strawberries

- Cut 6 balls from the ice cream and let them freeze firmly. Mix butter with sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy. Add 1 egg, sour cream, flour and baking powder and work everything into a smooth dough. Divide into 6 equal pieces and roll out each piece into a square (not too thin!). Whisk the remaining egg with 1 tablespoon of water and brush the dough with it.
- Place 1 ice cream ball on the lower part of the dough piece and fold the dough over it. Press the edges of the dough into place with a fork so that the ice cream is well coated. Freeze the donuts immediately.
- Bake the frozen donuts in the 200 degree hot fat in the deep fryer or in the pot until brown.
- Puree the strawberries and add a little sugar to taste.
- Place the donuts on the strawberry sauce and dust with powdered sugar.
- Can be prepared very well and if necessary you only need to take the balls out and bake.
