Ingredients

  • 1 packet ice cream (peach ice cream)
  • 40 g butter, soft
  • 30 grams sugar
  • 1 point vanilla sugar
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 100 g sour cream
  • 225 grams flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • Oil, for frying
  • 500 g strawberries

Instructions

  1. Cut 6 balls from the ice cream and let them freeze firmly. Mix butter with sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy. Add 1 egg, sour cream, flour and baking powder and work everything into a smooth dough. Divide into 6 equal pieces and roll out each piece into a square (not too thin!). Whisk the remaining egg with 1 tablespoon of water and brush the dough with it.
  2. Place 1 ice cream ball on the lower part of the dough piece and fold the dough over it. Press the edges of the dough into place with a fork so that the ice cream is well coated. Freeze the donuts immediately.
  3. Bake the frozen donuts in the 200 degree hot fat in the deep fryer or in the pot until brown.
  4. Puree the strawberries and add a little sugar to taste.
  5. Place the donuts on the strawberry sauce and dust with powdered sugar.
  6. Can be prepared very well and if necessary you only need to take the balls out and bake.
