  • 200 ml water
  • 75 g butter
  • 120 g flour, smooth
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 250 g whipped cream, (cream)
  • 200 g strawberries
  • 4 tablespoon, leveled sugar
  • Chocolate icing

Instructions

  1. Bring the water, butter and salt to the boil, pour in the flour all at once, stir until the dough separates from the dishes and wooden spoon. Let cool a little - beat the eggs and slowly stir into the hot dough. Place the Krapferl on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake for about 20 minutes at 220 °. Let cool down.
  2. Whip the whipped cream with sugar until stiff, cut the strawberries into small pieces and fold into the cream. Cut the donut horizontally and fill it.
  3. Decorate with chocolate icing and serve
