  • 125 ml water
  • 125 ml milk
  • 75 g butter
  • 200 g flour
  • 4 egg (s) (size M)
  • 175 g cream
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 75 g suar for caramelizin

Instructions

  1. Bring the milk, water and butter to the boil, add all of the flour and stir until the dough separates from the pan as a lump. Remove from heat and use the mixer to stir in the eggs one by one.
  2. Use a piping bag with a star nozzle to spray 20-25 tuffs onto a sheet of metal. Bake at 200 ° C (top / bottom heat, convection: 175 ° C) for 20 - 25 minutes. Don`t forget to put a small bowl of water in the oven!
  3. Whip the cream with the sugar and vanilla sugar until stiff and fill the cooled cream puffs with a piping bag. Then melt the sugar in a coated pan (not too brown) and spread over the choux pastry donuts. Less is more! My kids love this dessert!
