Ingredients

  • 60 g butter
  • 250 ml water
  • 175 g flour
  • 5 medium egg (s)
  • salt
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 2 packs cream stabilizer
  • 500 ml cream
  • 2 packs vanilla sugar
  • Icing sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. Bring the salt, water and butter to the boil. Add the flour and stir until you get a large lump. Put the batter, eggs and baking powder in a bowl. Mix until the dough has combined well. Then spray approx. 20 dots onto a baking sheet at a distance of approx. 4 to 5 cm.
  2. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for about 20 minutes - do not open the stove for the first 15 minutes.
  3. In the meantime, whip the cream with sugar and cream stiffener until stiff and then refrigerate.
  4. As soon as the dough is ready, cut through it while still hot. Let cool and then fill with the whipped cream. Put the lid on and serve dusted with powdered sugar.
  5. Tip: In summer, top the cream with 1 large - sliced - strawberry.
  6. Ideal on the cake buffet, a relaxed summer coffee dream.
