Ingredients
- 1 liter apple juice
- 1 liter water
- 10 g mint, fresh (or 5 dried mint)
- 4 tablespoon lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- Sugar or sweetener as needed

- Bring the water to the boil, add the lemon juice and let the mint leaves infuse for about 5 minutes. Pour through a sieve into a jug and let cool completely. Add apple juice and ice cubes, sweeten and stir if necessary.
- Tip: A few apple segments and fresh mint leaves in the pot are decorative and add flavor!
