Instructions

  1. Roast the finely chopped onion in butter, dust with flour and lightly brown. Pour milk and soup on top - cook for 10 minutes. Season to taste with the spices. Toast the bread cubes with butter and garlic. Serve the finished soup with toasted bread cubes, whipped cream and parsley.
