Instant Lean Biscuit

Even if your guests are unexpected, you have the chance to surprise them with a delicious dessert with this quick sponge cake recipe.

Ingredients

  • Flour – 1 tablespoon.
  • Sugar – 1 tablespoon.
  • Cocoa – 3 tablespoons
  • Vegetable oil – 4 tablespoons
  • Liquid (compote, tea, water) – 1 tablespoon.
  • Soda – 1 teaspoon
  • Vinegar 9% – 1 teaspoon
  • Powdered sugar – 2 tablespoons

Directions

  1. Mix all dry ingredients in one bowl: flour, sugar, soda, cocoa ..
  2. In another bowl, mix all the liquid components: liquid, vegetable oil, vinegar.
  3. Mix dry ingredients well.
  4. Pour liquid into the dry mixture. To stir thoroughly.
  5. Pour the dough into an ovenproof dish. I do not lubricate it with anything. Send to microwave. Bake for 6 minutes at maximum power.
  6. Do not disturb the finished biscuit in the microwave after baking for another 5 minutes. After that we take out the form. We carefully extract our biscuit from it.
  7. If you wish, you can sprinkle the lean biscuit with powdered sugar.
