Ingredients

  • 500 ml cream
  • 1 can condensed milk, sweetened
  • 3 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 150 g hazelnuts
  • 3 tablespoon powdered sugar
  • some praline (s) Baci, original Italian

Instructions

  1. Roast the hazelnuts in a pan, sprinkle with powdered sugar and caramelize. When they have cooled down a bit, do not crush them too small in a mortar.
  2. Mix the cream, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract and cocoa powder with a mixer. Stir until the mixture stiffens and you can pull tips. Nice and creamy. Cut a handful of Baci pralines into small pieces and carefully stir in with the hazelnuts. Put a few hazelnuts and baci aside for the decoration.
  3. Pour the mixture into a bowl and spread the remaining baci and hazelnuts on top. Now the bowl goes into the freezer for 6 hours. You don`t have to stir.
