Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 200 ml coffee, stronger, freshly brewed
  • 200 g flour
  • 200 g suar
  • 100 g cocoa powder
  • 5 g bakin powder
  • 5 g bakin soda
  • 5 g salt
  • 1 pinch (s) nutmeg
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 150 ml sunflower oil

For the cast:

  • 200 ml cream
  • 50 g butter
  • 2 g salt
  • 30 g cocoa powder
  • 150 g chocolate, whole milk, chopped

Moreover:

  • 50 ml coffee, stronger, freshly brewed

Instructions

  1. Dough:
  2. Mix the hot coffee with the cocoa powder.
  3. Mix the eggs and oil with a hand blender to form a mayonnaise-like emulsion. Mix the remaining dough ingredients in a mixing bowl. Fold in the cocoa-coffee mixture and egg-oil mixture with a spoon.
  4. Bake in a greased springform pan (20 cm) at 180 degrees for 40-50 minutes. (Chopstick sample!)
  5. Molding:
  6. Bring the cream and cocoa to a boil in the saucepan. Stir in the chopped chocolate, butter and salt.
  7. Turn the cake out of the baking pan, drizzle with the rest of the coffee and pour the icing onto the cake with a large spoon.
