Ingredients

  • 500 g flour (wheat flour)
  • 300 ml milk, lukewarm
  • 40 g yeast
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 75 g butter
  • 2 egg (s), the second only the yolk

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the yeast in the lukewarm milk, add sugar. To sift flour. Put salt and butter flakes on the flour. Make a small depression in the flour and pour the yeast milk into the center of the flour. Let ferment for a few minutes. Mix all ingredients except for the eggs with the dough hook to a smooth dough. Cover the bowl and place in a warm place until the batter has about doubled. Now shape the dough into a roll and cut it into 15 equal pieces. Shape each piece of dough into rolls on a floured work surface, cut crosswise and place on a greased sheet. Let go of something again. Mix the egg with the egg yolk and brush the rolls with it.
  2. Then bake in the preheated oven (fan oven 180-200 ° C) on the middle rack for 12-15 minutes.
