Ingredients

  • 900 g kale, frozen, thawed and drained
  • 800 g jacket potato (s), cooked, peeled and sliced
  • 2 medium onion (s), diced
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • salt
  • Black pepper from the mill
  • 8 piece (s) sausages, sliced sausages
  • 250 ml cream
  • 4 tablespoon mustard, medium hot
  • 175 g cheese, coarsely rated Leerdamer

Instructions

  1. Heat the oil in a large pan, fry the onions until translucent, add the kale, cook for about 15 minutes and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Grease a baking dish and alternately layer the sausage slices, potato slices and kale. Mix the cream and mustard together, pour over them, sprinkle with cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for approx. 40 minutes.
