Ingredients
- 1 kg potato (s), floury boiling, cooked in salted water
- 150 ml milk, 1.5% fat
- 100 g sour cream
- 0.5 ½ head endive lettuce (approx. 350 g), cut into strips without veins
- 3 spring onions, cut into rings
- 2 pinch (s) sugar
- 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, light
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- salt
- White pepper from the mill

- Put the drained potatoes in a bowl, add the milk and sour cream, mash with a potato masher and season with pepper.
- Mix the lettuce strips and spring onion rings with the sugar, vinegar, mustard and salt and pepper and fold into the mashed potatoes.
