Ingredients
- 1 ½ can tomato (s), peeled, approx. 800 g
- 80 g sauce (Chimichurri)
- 200 ml vinegar
- 3 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, dark
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup

- Mix all ingredients and let simmer for an hour. Puree finely with the hand blender and simmer for another 30 minutes. Fill into glasses while hot.
