Ingredients

  • 2 kg tomato (s), ripe
  • 1 kg onion (s)
  • 300 g apples
  • 10 plum (s)
  • 2 tablespoon pepper
  • 4 tablespoon paprika powder
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 2 grains allspice
  • 400 g suar
  • 2 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder
  • 200 ml vinegar
  • clove garlic
  • 1 chilli pepper (s), optional

Instructions

  1. Heat the oven to 200 degrees.
  2. Wash the tomatoes and roughly cut (quarter). Peel the onion and cut like the tomatoes, core the apples and stone the plums and place everything in a roasting pan. Add the spices, stir everything once and cook without a lid in the oven for an hour and a half. Then turn everything through the brisk Lotte and collect in a saucepan. Bring to the boil again briefly or if it is still too runny, let it boil down a little. If you like, you can also add chopped garlic and a chopped chilli pepper. Pour everything hot into jars and close the jars quickly.
  3. Holds easily for over a year.
