Ingredients

  • 150 grams flour
  • 150 g hazelnuts, round
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 150 g powdered suar
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 egg (s)
  • cinnamon
  • 100 g butter

For the filling:

  • apricot jam

For the set:

  • 250 g couverture, dark
  • 150 g hazelnuts, round
  • 48 walnuts, half

Instructions

  1. For the dough, mix the flour, hazelnuts and baking powder in a bowl. To press a hollow in the middle. Add powdered sugar, salt, cinnamon and egg. Spread the butter in flakes on the edge of the flour. Knead a smooth dough quickly. Cover and let cool in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  2. Dust the flour on the work surface. Roll out the dough about 0.5 cm thick. Cut out round cookies with a shot glass.
  3. Please grease the baking sheet and place cookies on it. Baking time 10 minutes at about 220 degrees. Take the tray out of the oven, remove the cookies from the tray. Beat the apricot jam in a bowl until smooth. Spread the jam over half of the cookies and cover each with an empty cookie.
  4. For the garnish, dissolve the couverture in a water bath and cover the cookies all around with it. Finally roll the edges in the grated hazelnuts. Press a walnut half on each cookie.
