Ingredients
- 2 cucumber (s), peeled and sliced
- 1 shallot (s), finely chopped
- 100 g sour cream
- 100 g cream, whipped until stiff
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 2 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon cane sugar, brown
- 2 tablespoon dill, chopped
- salt and pepper

- Salt the cucumber slices and let stand for about 15 minutes.
- In the meantime, mix the sour cream with the mustard, lime juice, sugar, dill and mustard.
- Add the shallot cubes to the cucumber and stir in the dressing. Finally fold in the whipped cream and season with salt and pepper.
