Ingredients

  • 300 g pasta (Orzo, Manestra, Kritharaki or Risoni)
  • 200 g minced meat
  • 100 g oat cream cheese
  • 2 medium tomato (s)
  • 1 medium onion (s)
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • some rosemary
  • some tomato paste
  • some oil
  • Water for the pasta and tomato paste

Instructions

  1. Boil the kritharaki as described on the packaging.
  2. Meanwhile, dice tomatoes, onions and garlic and finely chop the rosemary.
  3. Fry the minced meat in a little oil and add the diced onions until they are translucent. Then stir in tomatoes, garlic and rosemary. Add the cooked pasta and the tomato paste diluted with a little water. Now crumble the goat cream cheese by hand and add it to the pan as well.
  4. Finally, season with salt and pepper to taste.
