Lamb Baked with Mashed Potatoes

Spicy potato cap serves as a garnish for lamb.

Directions

Boil the potatoes in salted water until soft. Drain the water, mash the potatoes with a potato grinder until puree, add milk, mustard, spices to taste.
Turn on the oven to preheat to 200 degrees.
Fry the minced meat in a large skillet until brown. Add celery, onions, and carrots, fry, stirring occasionally, about 2-3 minutes.
Dissolve the starch in the broth and add this liquid to the pan with minced meat and vegetables, stirring occasionally, bring the mixture to a boil. Remove the pan from the stove. Add Worcestershire sauce, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
Put the contents of the pan in a 1.75-liter ovenproof dish. Put potatoes on top, level with a spoon, make a pattern as desired. Place the dish in the oven and bake the lamb in the oven for about 30-35 minutes, until the top is golden brown.
Serve the lamb and potatoes immediately.
