For the basic recipe, stir together sugar, water and yoghurt until the mixture becomes frothy. Chill until ready to serve. Depending on your needs, either add the crushed ice cubes beforehand or mix in just before consumption.
Tips: Depending on your taste, you can either squeeze the fruit of your choice (e.g. oranges or limes) and use the juice from it or puree the fruit of your choice (e.g. blackberries, raspberries, currants, mangos, etc.) and mix well with the yogurt mixture before adding the ice cream stir.
Serve decorated with some fruit or mint or something similar, if desired.
