Ingredients

  • 125 g butter
  • 1 handful lavender flowers, freshly picked
  • 1 teaspoon honey, more liquid
  • 10 drops rose water
  • 3 berries, (pink pepper berries)

Instructions

  1. Beat the softened butter until frothy. Carefully pluck the lavender flowers without the green and add. Stir in the rose water and the finely crushed pepper berries as well as the honey.
  2. Put in a cool place.
  3. Spread on the warm breakfast roll and indulge.
