Instructions

1. Wash and dry the lettuce and pluck or cut into bite-sized pieces. Mix the orange and lemon juice with the orange blossom water as well as the sesame and hazelnut oil, season with salt and mix with the salad. Peel the oranges, cut them into slices and place them on the salad.
