  • 1 packet coleslaw, Greek style
  • 2 onions)

  • 4 tablespoon mustard, sweeter
  • 4 tablespoon mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Put the burger buns in the oven at 190 ° C for approx. 8 minutes. Peel the onions and cut them into rings. Wash and slice tomatoes. Put the oil in the pan, fry the onion rings and the meat loaf on both sides. Fry the tomatoes briefly until the water comes out, so they taste more intense.
  2. Cut the burger buns open, cover the lower half thickly with coleslaw, then coat the meat loaf and coat it thickly with sweet mustard. Roasted onion rings and the tomatoes on top. Finally, coat the upper half of the burger with mayonnaise and you`re done.
