  • 1 slice (s) meat loaf, large or two small s
  • 2 slices sandwich toast
  • 1 spring onion (s)
  • 1 slice (s) cheese, e.g. Gouda, Cheddar, Emmentaler
  • some cream cheese, natural
  • some mustard
  • 1 egg (s)
  • some oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Put the bread slices in the toaster.
  2. In the meantime, set up the pan and add a little oil, put in the Leberkäse and fry until it is colored.
  3. Brush the toasted slices with cream cheese, finely chop the spring onions. Place the Leberkäse on the toast, sauté the spring onions in the remaining frying fat. Then put the egg in the pan and fry it.
  4. Spread some mustard on the Leberkäse, place the slice of cheese on top and briefly put in the microwave to melt. As soon as the cheese has melted, remove it, place the spring onions on top of the cheese, the fried egg on top and the other slice of toast on top.
  5. The sandwich is cut diagonally. Of course, the fried egg will burst open, but it tastes great when everything goes on the sandwich.
