Ingredients
- 2 leeks
- 1 cup sour cream
- 100 g cheese (Emmentaler), rated
- 50 g bacon, lean, diced
- some oil, possibly
- salt and pepper
- Garlic powder
- 1 pck. Of pizza dough from the refrigerated shelf

- Unroll the pizza dough and place on a baking sheet. Clean the leek, cut into fine rings and fry briefly with the bacon in a pan, depending on the fat content of the bacon, use a little oil for frying.
- Let the leek and bacon mixture cool down and mix with the sour cream and the grated Emmentaler. Season to taste with pepper, salt and garlic powder, spread on the pizza base.
- Bake for about 10 - 15 minutes (depending on the desired tan) at 180 ° C.
