Ingredients

  • 500 g ribbon noodles
  • 2 leeks
  • some butter
  • 100 ml white wine
  • 250 ml cream
  • salt
  • 100 g parmesan cheese
  • pepper from the grinder

Instructions

  1. Boil the ribbon noodles, drain and set aside.
  2. Steam the leek cut into strips in a little butter, deglaze with wine and pour on the cream.
  3. Reduce everything a little and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Mix the pasta with the leek sauce and fill into buttered molds, sprinkle with parmesan and bake golden brown at 200 ° C in a preheated oven for about 10-15 minutes.
  5. Note: You can also use a flat baking dish instead of the mold.
