We turn on the oven – heat it up to 200 degrees.
Beat the eggs until light foam.
Add milk, butter and lemon zest.
Then stir in flour, sugar, salt, baking powder. Beat with a mixer.
Then add the poppy seeds and stir with a spoon.
You don’t need to grease paper muffin cups. Regular ones need to be oiled. We fill the molds and bake the lemon muffins in the oven for 20-25 minutes.
