Lemon Cupcake Simple

In case of a sudden arrival of guests, I have in stock such a recipe for making a simple lemon muffin. The baked goods are delicious and delight with their sunny color and citrus aroma.

Servings: 5-6

Ingredients

  • Butter – 120 Grams
  • Sugar – 120 Grams
  • Flour – 120 Grams
  • Egg – 2 Pieces
  • Lemon – 1/2 Piece
  • Soda – 1 Teaspoon

Directions

  1. First of all, I put the butter in a bowl, cut it into pieces and melt it in the microwave, then add granulated sugar to it.
  2. Drive one egg into a slightly chilled butter and beat with a whisk (mixer).
  3. I introduce the pre-sifted flour and soda in portions, stir until dissolved.
  4. Wash the lemon well, then rinse with boiling water, cut into halves and use only one. I rub the zest and add it to the dough, add the juice of one half there.
  5. Grease the baking dish with butter and spread the dough, distribute it evenly.
  6. I spread thin slices of lemon on the dough and send it to an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
  7. Cool the finished cake a little, and then serve it to the table.
