Ingredients

  • 400 g pasta (spahetti)
  • 1 lemon (s), untreated
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 chilli pepper (s)
  • 1 cup parmesan, grated
  • 1 bunch rocket
  • sea-salt
  • pepper
  • olive oil

Instructions

  1. Boil the spagetti in lightly salted water. Rub the zest of the lemon and squeeze the lemon. Cut the garlic and chili peppers into fine strips.
  2. Fry the lemon peel, garlic and chili peppers in a little olive oil. Add the lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Cut the rocket into coarse strips.
  4. Drain the spaghetti and mix all the ingredients into the hot spaghetti.
