Ingredients
- 1 glass Letscho, approx. 700 g capacity
- 750 g potato (s)
- 400 g onion (s)
- 1 half chilli pepper (s)
- 40 g tomato paste
- 600 ml vegetable stock
- 30 g butter or mararine
- salt and pepper
- paprika powder, hot pink or chili powder

- Peel and dice the potatoes. Peel the onions and cut into small cubes.
- Put the onions and half a chilli pepper in the melted butter and sauté. Now add the potatoes and continue steaming for about 10 minutes.
- Then add the vegetable broth whisked with tomato paste, season with salt and pepper and let everything simmer, stirring occasionally, until the potatoes are soft (25 - 30 min.). Take out the chilli pepper, stir in the letscho and let simmer for another 10 minutes.
- At the end, season to taste and, if necessary, season with rose-hot paprika or chilli from the mill.
