Ingredients
- 1 head lettuce
- 0.5 ½ bell pepper (s), red
- 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, light vegan
- 3 tablespoon rapeseed oil
- 1 teaspoon mustard, medium hot
- some sugar to taste
- salt and pepper

- Clean the lettuce, wash it thoroughly and let it drain well. Wash the peppers, remove the seeds and cut into narrow strips.
- For the dressing, stir the balsamic vinegar with mustard, pepper, salt and a little sugar with a whisk until creamy. Beat the oil under it.
- Cut the lettuce into bite-sized pieces and mix with the dressing along with the paprika.
- The salad should be served quickly after preparation so that it does not collapse.
