  • 450 g puff pastry, frozen
  • 2 beefsteak tomato (s)
  • 1 red pepper (s)
  • 1 green pepper (s)
  • 1 bell pepper (s), yellow
  • 2 zucchini, small
  • 1 large onion (s)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 200 mushrooms, brown
  • 1 tablespoon tomato ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper from the grinder
  • oregano
  • 200 g cheese, freshly rated

Instructions

  1. Let the puff pastry thaw.
  2. Clean the tomatoes, peppers, zucchini, onions, cloves of garlic and mushrooms and cut into pieces that are not too small. Put all the vegetables in a bowl and season well with salt, pepper and oregano. Mix with about 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil.
  3. Roll out the puff pastry into a sheet that fits on a baking sheet. Preheat the oven to 200 °.
  4. Place the puff pastry on the baking sheet, distribute the ketchup and mustard evenly on top. Pour the vegetables on top and distribute them evenly, leaving a small edge.
  5. Spread the cheese on the vegetables and sprinkle with olive oil. Leave the pizza in the oven for about 30-40 minutes at 150 ° C, between the bottom and the middle rail. You can of course top the pizza with ham, salami or whatever you want
  6. A mixed or green salad tastes good with it!
