  • 1 lime (s), organic

Instructions

  1. Wash the lime and grate the peel in thin strips from half of it. Wash the mint and thyme.
  2. Put all ingredients in a large carafe. Pour in a little hot water and let it steep for a short moment. Then pour the cold water on top and let it steep in the refrigerator for at least a couple of hours.
