Ingredients

  • 750 g douh, dumplin
  • 300 g minced meat, mixed
  • 200 g bacon, diced
  • 1 medium onion (s)
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • some herbs, at will, chopped

Instructions

  1. Chop the onions and whisk the egg. Mix the minced meat with the onions and egg. Divide the dough into 6 pieces and form 6 balls from the minced meat mixture. Put the dumpling dough around the mince so that it completely encloses the mince, forming small zeppelins. DANGER! The dumpling must enclose the minced meat neatly; if there are holes, water can penetrate the zeppelinas!
  2. Put the zeppelinas in boiling water and let them steep over a low heat until they float - approx. 30 min.
  3. Fry the bacon, sprinkle the bacon and herbs over the finished zeppelinas and serve with sour cream.
