Ingredients

  • 60 g tomato (s) or paprika, dried, pickled in oil
  • 100 g almond (s), round
  • 100 g flaxseed, crushed
  • 2 tablespoon flour
  • 4 tablespoon common bran
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 300 g low-fat quark
  • 8 egg (s)
  • salt
  • Herbs, mixed
  • Sunflower seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 150 ° convection. Grease the baking pan thinly with butter.
  2. Finely chop the olives and tomatoes and mix the eggs with the quark. Then mix all the ingredients together, except for the sunflower seeds. Pour the batter into the mold and cover with sunflower seeds.
  3. Bake the bread on the middle rack for about 40 minutes.
