Ingredients

  • 5 tablespoon pure Skyr or low-fat quark or low-fat yoghurt
  • 2 tablespoon oat flakes, crunchy
  • Coconut milk or almond milk, amount to taste
  • some raspberries or blueberries, TK
  • some almond (s) or cashew nuts
  • some strawberries, freeze-dried, sugar-free
  • some coconut flakes
  • 2 teaspoons amaranth, puffed
  • some flavdrops or honey or agave syrup for sweetening
  • 1 teaspoon flax seeds or chia seeds

Instructions

  1. Mix the skyr, coconut milk and oatmeal, and stir in the honey or another sweetener and nuts, flax seeds or chia seeds.
  2. Use the fruits and the remaining ingredients for decorating, depending on your mood, the quantities and the fruit vary.
  3. You can also prepare this well in the evening and leave it to soak in the refrigerator overnight, a super filling, healthy breakfast.
