  • 50 g pine nuts
  • 400 g onion (s)
  • 200 g Emmentaler cheese, rated
  • 200 g ham or smoked bacon, diced
  • 1 large mushroom
  • 4 egg (s)
  • 150 ml milk
  • 200 g quark
  • 100 g chickpea flour
  • nutmeg
  • pepper
  • Butter for the mold

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 170 ° C (top / bottom heat). Roast the pine nuts without fat. Fry the ham cubes in the pan. Cut the onions into small cubes.
  2. Cut a large mushroom (or three small ones) into small cubes and fry in the pan. You are welcome to take on toasted aromas, so that you no longer draw so much liquid when baking and the quiche is nice and firm and does not leak.
  3. Mix the quark and milk with the eggs in a large bowl. Add the flour and stir well.
  4. Now put all the ingredients one after the other in the bowl and mix everything together. Put the mixture in a well-greased quiche pan or springform pan (26 cm) and bake for about 40 minutes until the quiche is golden brown. Let it cool down a bit, because it still draws a little.
  5. Very nice to prepare when guests come. It is also very suitable to take away for a picnic, to work, etc.
