Ingredients

  • 500 g sausae, coarse sausae (half rin)
  • 500 g pasta, (macaroni, break 3-4 times)
  • 1 large onion (s)
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped or pressed
  • salt
  • pepper
  • nutmeg
  • butter

Instructions

  1. Fry the diced onions with butter until translucent, add the garlic and the finely chopped sausage and let them fry briefly as well.
  2. Boil the broken macaroni in salted water (al dente, follow the packaging instructions if necessary), drain and add to the pan with the onions and the sausage. Mix everything well and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
