Cook the pasta according to the instructions. Clean and roughly chop the broccoli.
Drain the raisins well after washing and drizzle with the lemon juice in a bowl.
Heat the olive oil with the butter in a saucepan, sauté the broccoli for approx. 2 minutes over medium heat. Add the garlic chopped.
Add the marinated raisins, cream, vegetable stock and ricotta to the broccoli and stir everything in well. Season the broccoli sauce with salt and pepper and simmer gently for 8-10 minutes.
In the meantime, roast the pine nuts lightly in a pan without fat and let them cool.
Mix the macaroni with the hot broccoli sauce and sprinkle with the pine nuts.
