- First, you peel and core the honey and watermelon (not absolutely necessary with watermelon). Then you cut the melons into small pieces. These are then pureed separately, possibly with a little sugar. Now you have a slightly thicker, light melon juice and a more liquid red melon juice.
- Now all you need is beautiful glasses and first fill the watermelon juice and then slowly add the honeydew melon juice.
- The refreshing drink is ready and looks like a latte macchiato
