Watermelon Salad with Oranges, with Honey-Cinnamon Dressing

On hot summer days, you don’t want high-calorie food at all. A light watermelon salad with oranges, with honey and cinnamon dressing, will be an excellent substitute for a hearty dinner or a light snack during the day.
Ingredients
- Watermelon (pulp) – 400 g
- Orange – 600 g (2 large fruits)
- Honey – 20 g (1 tablespoon)
- Ground cinnamon – 2 g (1 teaspoon)
Directions
- First, you need to make a honey-cinnamon dressing. To do this, cut one orange into two parts and squeeze the juice from each half.
- Next, mix ground cinnamon, honey, and freshly squeezed orange juice in a separate bowl. The filling is ready.
- Peel the watermelon and cut it into large cubes.
- Cut off the peel from the second orange.
- Cut the orange into small pieces, remove the excess films.
- Transfer the watermelon cubes and orange slices to the salad bowl and mix gently. Pour honey-cinnamon dressing on top.
- Watermelon salad with oranges, with honey-cinnamon dressing, ready!
