- 2 cl rum, brown
- 2 cl rum, white
- 2 cl amaretto
- 2 cl Cointreau
- 2 cl almond syrup
- 2 cl cane sugar syrup
- 2 cl lime syrup
- 2 cl lime juice
- 200 ml juice (high C mild breakfast)
- 2 cl grenadine
- 8 ice cubes

- This Mai Tai was created during the corona lockdown and was a very good use of the breakfast juice.
- Put all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and pour vigorously for 20 seconds. You can also shake with a few ice cubes. Then pour the Mai Tai in cocktail glasses and decorate with pineapple or other fruits.
