Ingredients

  • 500 g mushrooms
  • 3 clove (s) garlic
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 1 bunch thyme
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Fry the mushrooms one after the other in the pan with oil, season with salt and pepper, mash the garlic and add, about 8 minutes and deglaze with the vinegar.
  2. Mix the parsley and thyme with the finished mushrooms.
  3. Serve warm.
