Ingredients

  • 250 g almond (s), rated
  • 200 g powdered suar
  • 6 egg (s)
  • 1 lemon (s), untreated, use the grated zest
  • 1 vanilla pod, the scraped pulp from it
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • Cinnamon, amount to taste
  • Icing sugar for sprinkling

Instructions

  1. Separate the eggs, beat the egg whites until firm.
  2. Mix the egg yolks and sugar until foamy, add the almonds, vanilla, cinnamon, salt and lemon zest, then fold in the whipped egg whites.
  3. Put everything in a 26 cm springform pan and bake at 170 ° for 50 - 60 minutes. After cooling, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
