  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 500 ml malt beer

Instructions

  1. Put the flour in a mixing bowl, add salt and baking powder and stir in the malt beer with the electric mixer (stirring rods) until a creamy batter is formed. I then fill this into my oval Ultra Plus because it has a lid.
  2. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C (top / bottom heat) and bake the bread for a total of 45 minutes. The first 30 minutes with the lid and the remaining 15 minutes without the lid. Then leave the bread in the oven for a moment (approx. 5 minutes).
