  • 1 packet baking powder

  • 1 pinch (s) sugar

Instructions

  1. Mix the flour with the malt beer, baking powder, a pinch of salt and sugar and knead for 5 minutes with the dough hook of the hand mixer.
  2. Grease a loaf pan or line it with baking paper. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C top / bottom heat and bake the bread in the middle of the oven for 40 minutes.
