  • 850 g mandarin (s), peeled and weihed
  • 650 ml punch, (children`s punch)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 750 g preservin suar, 2: 1
  • 1 stick cinnamon
  • 0.5 ½ vanilla pod (s), slit open, scraped out
  • 4 clove (s)

Instructions

  1. Put the well-peeled mandarins (please remove the white skins as much as possible) in a large saucepan. Top up with punch and puree everything with the blender. Then add the vanilla pod, vanilla pulp, cinnamon stick, cloves, preserving sugar and lemon juice and bring to the boil while stirring. Let it boil for 5 minutes, pour into glasses and seal.
  2. The recipe makes 6 glasses of 250 ml each.
