Ingredients

  • 2 mango (s), ripe
  • 75 grams sugar
  • 2 tablespoon rum, white
  • 1 lime (s), the juice it
  • 400 g cream
Mango Mousse
Mango Mousse

Instructions

  1. Peel the mangoes, remove the pulp from the stone, cut into small pieces and puree. Stir in the sugar, rum and the juice of one lime. Whip the cream until stiff and fold into the mango mixture.
  2. Keep the cream in a cool place until you can eat it.
  3. The cream can possibly be decorated with mango slices.
